Registration for the 2024 Season of Bridgewater Raritan Pop Warner Panthers Cheer

No tryouts, all skill levels welcome!

Program open for children living in Bridgewater or Raritan. Youngest registrants must be 5 years old by 7/31/2024. Oldest registrants will be entering 8th grade in September 2024.

Season starts 8/1/2024 for ALL teams

Early Bird discounted registration open 2/17/2024 through 3/31/2024, $30 discount for Non-comp teams and $100 discount for Comp teams!

$20 sibling discount when registering more than one child for the program

REGISTRATION CLOSES 7/31/2024

Non-competition registration: Grades K-3

Competition registration: Grades 3-8

Note: 3rd grade registrants will have the option of Non-competition or Competition

$50 Deposit due at time of registration. Balance due by 7/31/2024

Cheerleader will not be considered registered until the $50 deposit is made

Work Bond & Uniform Bond checks due 7/31/2024

Player Headshot Photo, Birth Certificate, Medical History, Player Contract, Code of Conduct/Attendance Policy also due to be uploaded to account by 7/31/2024

In addition to registration, additional expenses will apply throughout the season

Refund policy: Registrations cancelled prior to 8/7/2024 will receive refund of amount paid to date minus $25 cancellation fee. No refunds 8/7/2024 or after.

PRACTICE:

Starts 8/1/2024 for ALL teams

Non-competition teams will practice 3 times per week prior to the start of school and 2 times per week when school starts

Competition teams will practice 4 times per week prior to the start of school and 3 times per week once school starts

GAMES: Each squad expected to cheer home games for the Bridgewater Raritan Panthers Youth Football league, typically 4 times per season on Saturdays or Sundays, depending on football schedule

COMPETITION / EXHIBITION:

Non-competition squads will exhibit and Competition squads will compete at the Central Jersey Cheerleading Competition in October

All teams may participate at the Garden State Competition, also in October, but this will be decided by coaches during the season

Competition squads may also compete at Regionals in October/November and Nationals in Orlando, Florida in December

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT: Any cheerleader that misses more than 7 events (practices / games / competitions / exhibitions) any time throughout the season (starting 8/1/2024 through the remainder of the season) without a verifiable illness will not be able to complete the program and will be removed from the roster. No refund will be applicable if removed from the roster due to absences.

Please note that the program relies on fundraising to cover expenses, so each family is required to participate in fundraising, with certain fundraisers requiring 100% participation from all families.
