FUNDRAISING & VOLUNTEERING
We are a non-profit organization, and we rely on our community of families to run a successful program throughout the season on fundraising to cover expenses.

Fundraisers
There are 2 mandatory fundraisers this season.
  • Game day “We’ve Got Your Back” t-shirt. Each athlete will be required to fundraise a minimum of $50 (each t-shirt will cost $15 if min not meet).
  • Raffle fundraiser – the raffle is an event where athletes sell raffle tickets for a chance to win prizes. Prize sample: luxury designer bag.
  • Non-competitive athlete families will be required to sell a minimum of $100 worth of tickets.
  • Competitive athlete families will be required to sell a minimum of $200 worth of tickets

For any competitive teams qualified to attend the Pop Warner Nationals competition in December, additional fundraising during November will be required to help offset the cost of the experience.

Volunteering
As a non-profit organization, your help is needed in various positions (i.e. team moms, fundraising coordinators, little scholars coordinator, etc.) to successfully run our program. Each family will be required to complete 4 volunteer hours.  Sign-ups to come.

BOND CHECKS
We will collect a total of 3 bond checks. The checks will be held, not cashed, as an assurance that a specific action or responsibility will be fulfilled, unless the family’s obligations are not met.

Uniform Bond: $150 per athlete. This is to ensure all uniforms are returned at the end of the season, cleaned and in good condition
Volunteer Hours Bond: $400 per family. This is to ensure that we have the volunteer support needed to successfully run the program.
Fundraising Bond: This is to ensure that each family meets the participation requirements in the 2 mandatory fundraisers.
Non-Competitive athletes - $150
Competitive athletes - $250
